After months of preparation, NutriExpert is finally in Serbia!
This is the 10th Country to launch NutriExpert and the 2nd country in Balkans to start this new innovation journey. This is also the first country that has complete edetailer portfolio upon launch! Great cross-function collaboration!
On 17 Oct, Field force gathered in Kibid office to receive the training.Now with NutriExpert, Serbia team will be able to enhance the quality of HCP engagement by
- showcasing our new interactive edetailers
- activating new channels (e.g, email, video calls) in face of covid restriction
- gathering insights to understand HCPs and detailing better
Field force also received their new goodies, fully equipped to be NutriExperts!

As Kibid is a regional distributor in the region, we also have reps from Montenegro, Kosovo joining the session. Moving forward, we will also make NutriExpert available to reps responsible for AMN portfolio. More exciting news head. Stay tuned!
