Dear team NWW,
What a year … again !
In a few days, during our kick off in Iceland, you will see our 2023 results and everything we as a team have done in 23 to make this happen. Sit straight on the things done and realized … it will be a lot. I believe you will be similarly excited like me when you see all this. The extra excitement comes from how we realized this. No secret, 2023 was another hectic, highly volatile year with many ‘surprises’. Wherever you work in Nutricia Worldwide, I am sure you recognize this. The way how we overcame all these ‘surprises’’, through a positive mindset and can-do mentality … is magic ! I am proud of you, us, as a team. You made that difference. This is why we win (and it is not the first year).
Never lose that spirit I mentioned earlier. Always support each other. Always work as a team, especially in difficult times. By keep doing this, we will continue to be the most successful CBU within Danone. The people who know me a bit, this is half of the equation. We have another reputation to keep. We work hard, we play hard. That is why we go to Iceland for example. And many more things. By keep doing this … we will continue to be the most fun CBU within Danone.
See you … in Iceland. We will celebrate there. And after that … continue our journey. I am there to guide you and support you !

First I would like to say Happy New Year and congratulate everyone delivering another exceptional year at our crazy context. In my professional career, I have never seen a year easier than the previous. So 2024 will also come with its own challenges and complexities but at the end of the day as we have proven up until now with our character, with our resilience and with our expertise and capabilities we will navigate through uncertainties and turn them into opportunities as we always did.
In 2024 as per our Strat Plan ambition and road map, we will keep on strengthening our core milks business while boosting our medical portfolio. In core milks volume, market share & sell out will be more important than ever. We will continue with c-section launches, further leverage our local jewels & push more our digital infrastructure to the max to drive superiority and relevance. On medical portfolio allergy will be our growth engine as like previous years where we will complete our launches, maximize tenders, boost demand generation, and ramp up in reset/restart countries like Mexico & Philippines. On the other hand, 2024 will also be an important year for adult category where we also have an important launch in the field of oncology but more importantly where we will build the foundations of upcoming new country entries.
Given all that I am wishing all of us another successful year. On behalf of the Marketing Team, I am proud to say that we will be there as usual for our countries and categories success and very much looking forward to celebrating our achievements together at the end of 2024!

Hello Dear NWW team,
Wishing you all a wonderful happy new year 2024 !
As you know, I joined in Summer 23… and I’d like to say first how grateful and privileged I am, because I have been welcomed from Day-1 by everyone amazingly well. Thank you ! This is the first thing in a winning team : the mindset, the trust, the openness… And thanks to our appetite, we have managed to reach a new summit in 2023. This is simply OUTSTANDING. Big well done, we all have, individually and collectively, contributed to those results.
Unfortunately, as we speak, the current political situation in many of our geographies is very unstable. These external factors can affect us (in our Business but also in our personal life). Our agility and resilience will help us to navigate in this volatile environment. 2024 will be different for sure… and we will reach new heights with Passion and Energy. This is how we are.
You can count on the Commercial Team, pushing new boundaries, entering in new GEOs, new channels with the right partners, increasing proximity and transparency with them.

Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy 2024 with hopefully lots of opportunities to gather beautiful memories together! At the start of this new year I am very much aware about how some of you are coping with very challenging situations at home and/or in your home countries. Please know my thoughts are with you and your families.
I am looking forward to this new year of new discoveries, challenges and opportunities. In order to deliver our great products and expertise to our patients, consumers and customers and have a true impact, we need to excel in collaboration and build bridges between functions and people. Our joint objective to make an impact makes us strong and will help us to prioritise our activities. I hope you enjoyed some holidays after the amazing year we had in 2023. From South Korea, we are expecting a challenging 2024 as Baby birth decrease trend is approaching to double digit, putting a lot of pressure into our business. Our goal is clear: grow our market share and develop new sources of growth beyond the Early Life portfolio. I believe we have a good plan for that! From B-Corp, this will be an year for consolidating an internal B-Corp Culture while we explore some external activation. I am super excited to another amazing year. See you in Iceland!

First of all, Happy new year and wish you all the best for 2024! Really proud and a big thank you for all your hard work & achievements, as we have closed another year of exceptional result +6.5% and NS growth +20% in a year we celebrated our NWW 50 years!
The last years we have proven we know how to deliver our strong growth agenda in difficult contexts, and looking ahead to 2024, the context in the world and in some of our markets remains challenging, however thanks to the great work done on Flying Q1 & S&P we are set to unlock business opportunities and continue our strong growth agenda.
